The Eureka Strings

The Eureka Strings is a Ballarat and Western Region based string ensemble consisting of members of The Ballarat Symphony Orchestra.

Founded in 2006, The Eureka Strings prides itself on providing a professional service both with client-care and quality of sound. All musicians within The Eureka Strings have extensive experience in performance both in Australia and overseas. 

A large variety of music is available to select from, ranging from traditional Baroque/Classical right through to Jazz and more modern pieces.

We cater to all sorts of needs and budgets with flexible ensemble sizes available, including String Duo, Trio or Quartet. The String Quartet is the most recommended ensemble as it provides richer harmonies, ample volume and allows us to perform our entire repertoire.

Whether it be a Wedding, Birthday, Corporate or Private function, The Eureka Strings will provide the perfect atmosphere and ambiance to any event.
